In order to place an order please email us the following details:

- Size of backdrop required

- Material required

- Deadline for order

- Your contact details (i.e. name / address / telephone )

- Delivery address



If your artwork is small enough to email please attach. Otherwise, please send via www.yousendit.com or www.mailbigfile.com, or upload your artwork to your ftp server and email us the download link.

Alternatively, post your artwork on CD / DVD to us at bandbanners.co.uk. 18 Iliffe Yard, Crampton Street, London SE17 3QA.

Once your order details and artwork has been received and checked we will contact you via phone or email to confirm the order. We require payment in advance of printing your backdrop; currently we are able to accept payment via the following methods:

- Cheque (payable to prime4print ltd)

- Postal order

- BACS (bank transfer)

- Credit/Debit cards over the phone

- PayPal

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received your backdrop will go into production. Turnaround time is generally 5 - 7 days. If you have a deadline please let us know prior to placing the order.

Artwork Preparation

Due to nature of printing large items such as backdrops, getting the correct file size is important to ensure a high-quality print.

For backdrops vector artwork can't be beaten. This allows the artwork to be blown up to any size without distortion. For simpler logos and designs we can vectorise your logo for a small fee.

If a vector file is impractical or not available try and create your artwork at a minimum of quarter of the finish size and 150dpi. All artwork should be set up as CMYK.

Artwork can be supplied as tiff, psd, jpeg, eps, ai or pdf format. Please do not supply your artwork as cdr files.

For files larger than 15mb it is not practial to email. Please use one of the following websites to send your file, or upload to your own ftp server:
